Health assessment consultations include an initial assessment and re-assessments include Weight, Muscle Mass , Body fat %, Visceral Fat level, Total Body Water % and metabolic age. Girth measurements include chest, stomach, glutes and thighs. During the consultation we will also talk about goals and goal setting and help create a plan to achieving them. These are completely customisable based on what you are comfortable with and want measured or tracked.
Gym programs are specifically designed for the individual based on the goals they want to achieve. The gym program may include some strength, cardio, core and flexibility or a combination of all types of training methods. Programs are usually designed for 4-6 week blocks encouraging the individual to track performance and see improvements.
